If you have any concerns or experience a product failure please contact our local store and return all products within 24 hours of receiving your order to the original delivering florist if you wish to receive a refund. Orders that are delivered / received outside our local delivery area should be returned to the original filling florist. We are unable to accept returns from affiliate florists. Claims submitted after 24 hours of receiving product are not eligible for a refund.
We will make every attempt to fill non-local deliveries for the price point selected. We however due to regional price differences are unable to guarantee the receiving florist will fill the order for the original given dollar amount. If the filling florist is unwilling to fill the order for the original dollar amount you will be contacted and may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the original dollar amount. Additionally you may select an alternative product if one is available for the desired price point, or pay the additional amount as requested.
